MOSSROSE supporting Nate Michael
Nate Michael Unplugged
Friday 28 November – Hallam Secondary College – 7PM
Melbourne singer-songwriter Nate Michael will be taking the stage for a special acoustic performance, Nate Michael Unplugged.
Blending the grit of grunge with the storytelling of country, Nate Michael has been steadily carving out his place in the Australian alt-country scene. His new EP, Self Portraits of a John Doe, showcases a voice that is raw, vulnerable, and unafraid to confront the darker edges of life. Stripped back to just voice and guitar, Nate Michael Unplugged offers audiences the rare chance to hear these songs in their purest form — intimate, unfiltered, and powerful.
The evening will also highlight the diversity of Melbourne’s songwriting community with a set by rising local artist Moss Rose. Together, they’ll set the stage for an unforgettable night of storytelling through song.
Tickets: $10
Date: Friday, November 28
Time: 7:00 PM
Venue: Hallam Secondary College
Annie & The Make Believe performing at ENDOVIT Fest
✨ ENDOVIT Fest ‘25 is here and it’s bigger, louder, and prouder than ever! ✨
This year we’re taking over Thornbury Bowls Club, the local icon loved for its cheap tinnies, chilled vibes, and welcoming community.
From 2pm, we’re kicking off with Happy Hour specials ($10 spritz's & pints!) before diving headfirst into a jam packed day of music, bowls & beers!
🎶 10 explosive and diverse acts - each with their own story and connection to endo will light up the stage. From fierce punk rock powerhouses to soulful folk duos, ENDOVIT Fest is bringing a lineup as loud, diverse, and unfiltered as the community itself.
This isn’t just a festival. It’s a movement.
ENDOVIT proudly welcomes EVERYONE. Whether you live with endo, love someone who does, or simply want to stand with us, we want to see you! For too long, the queer community has been sidelined in conversations around endo. At ENDOVIT, we support all genders: trans, non-binary, women, and anyone still finding their place.
With a mix of returning artists, interstate bands and local legends, ENDOVIT has something for everyone with our ripper lineup:
• The Vovos

Annie and the Make Believe at Lulu's Social | Valley Sounds
Annie & The Make Believe is an Australian-English artist known for her heartfelt and catchy songs that blend elements of folk, pop, and alt-country. After nearly a decade in the UK, she made her return to the Australian music scene in 2024 with the single It Got Bad. Collaborating with producer Simon Moro (James Keogh/Vance Joy, Grim Fawkner, Allday) her new music blends folk melodies with pop sensibilities and alt-country elements, ‘Honestly, this is one of those records that’s not pretentious, not trying to reinvent the wheel – simply, it’s a sublime listening experience, wrapping the listeners in nostalgia and epic vibes. We love it!’ Mesmerized UK Since then, Annie and her band (Rhythm guitar: Mel Ricou, Lead guitar: Cam Geeves, Drums: Simon Krambousanos) have been gigging in Melbourne’s vibrant live music scene, recently celebrating the release of the newest single On Repeat. Described as a track that ‘lingers long after the final note, it invites listeners to reflect on their own personal journeys of growth and self-acceptance” Music Crowns. Annie’s musical journey began in the UK, where she debuted her EP Let’s Get Together Again. The EP earned airplay on BBC Radio, including BBC Introducing London, 6Music, and BBC Radio 2, and led to performances at festivals Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival, Camper Calling (BBC Introducing Stage), and Staxonbury.
MOSSROSE supporting Renee Alison's EP Launch
It’s finally happening! Come join me, Renee Alison, for the long planned release party for my debut EP "She Was Buried But Not Gone". The afternoon's folk-based festivities will be hosted at the lovely Bergy Bandroom in Brunswick this May 17th.
I’ll be playing a range of my original songs, many that I’ve never performed live before. With a vibe ranging from sweet and melodic “Thank you for”, to raw and energetic “Watch the sun set again” these songs tell stories of life’s messy highs, lows, joys, losses, mysteries and everything in between.
I will be supported by Jasmine Butera and Moss Rose, two fellow female singer-songwriters who will both bring their own lovely vibes and special something to the afternoon event. Let Jasmine blow you away with her beautiful soulful voice and playful song writing, while Moss Rose will entertain with her whimsical folk melodies and delightful storytelling.
I hope you’ll join me for this fun afternoon at the Bergy Bandroom. Don’t miss this special debut event!
...I've been told I sound like Laura Marling and Nick Drake, so if that’s your vibe come along and let me know if it’s true...
